What we’re building
In use every day at Mosake · Opening soon
Mettis
A second brain for teams that work in Claude.
We built Mettis for ourselves. Every client, project, meeting and task Mosake has lives in it, and we ask Claude about our work in plain words. We’re opening it to a few teams soon.
Mettis for Mac, in development. Sample data.
Inside Claude
Ask, file, and share, in plain words
Ask
Questions about your work, answered from your documents, with sources.
On Tuesday you agreed to lead with the booking flow and cut the stats band. Priya owes the final hero photo by Friday.
File and change
Claude logs meetings, makes tasks and updates them, in the right place.
Filed under Northwind, Meetings. Two follow-ups:
Share carefully
Claude says who would see what before anything is shared.
Priya is a guest on Northwind, so meeting notes aren’t shared with her by default. This one has a members-only section on fees. She won’t see that part.
Share the rest of the note with her?
What it holds
Projects and clients
Every engagement in one place: the hub, the projects, the contracts and the decisions.
Meetings
Recordings arrive from your note-taker and get filed with a summary, decisions and action items.
Tasks
One note per task, linked to the meeting it came from. Ask what’s on your plate.
People
One page per person, shared with the people who should see it.
Your own space
A private space nobody else can see, not even that it exists, until you share something.
Calendars
Find an hour across the team from the calendars people choose to share, at the detail they choose.
How it’s built
Every read runs as you
Claude never gets a key to everything. Each question is asked as you, and the database itself decides what you can see.
A missed check can’t leak. If the app forgets to check, the database still refuses.
Hidden means hidden. A link to something you can’t see doesn’t reveal its title, its owner, or that it exists.
Leave any time. “Export my Mettis” gives you everything you own. Delete means gone.
What we promise
Five principles, in the code from day one
Security is everything
It comes before features. “Could this open a door?” is the first question, not the last.
Nothing trains a model
Never, under any circumstances. That includes any AI features we build ourselves.
Access from anywhere
Claude on the web, your Mac, your phone. A hub you push to and pull from, not a silo.
Sharing is careful and clear
Share exact slices with exact people. You can always see who sees what, and at what level.
Yours to take and delete
Export everything in a sentence, then delete it for good. We hold no one hostage.
Concessions, never silent
Ideals pull reality toward them.
Mettis is young, and not every ideal is fully enforced yet. When we fall short of one, we say so plainly, write down how we’ll close the gap, and a named person decides. Claude can raise a concession. It can never make one.
Every concession is numbered and tracked until it’s closed. 34 recorded so far, 17 closed.
CON-00 · decided Oct 1, 2026 Principle 5. Yours to take and delete Concession Deleting a document hides it at once, but the copy in backups lasts seven days. Why now Backups are what make a bad day recoverable. Plan Purge deleted documents from backups too, and say so in the delete confirmation. Decided by A named partner
Made by people, with Claude
Not vibe coded
Claude writes a lot of Mettis. People decide every line of it that ships.
Every change states its effect on the principles. An empty answer fails the build.
Claude can’t merge, force-push or touch production. A guard refuses every route, and a person merges.
Fresh eyes on every change. Independent reviewers try to break it, and each finding is reproduced before it’s fixed.
